First Day of Preschool...

Caleb's 1st day of preschool

was this morning! We decided to send 

him one day a week to get some 

good social interaction along with

the play groups we've been

attending. For the past month he has 

been telling me he doesn't want to 

go and he wants to stay home with 

me. While this made my heart happy...

I knew he would like it :)

 

 {I didn't even cry...I was so surprised at myself!}

I went to pick him up and he threw himself into

me with excitement screaming "Mommy!".

He ended up having a fantastic time and the

teacher said he did really well :)

On the way home, Caleb asked if he could take 

a nap when he got home because he 

was "bery tired".

Sibling Photo Shoot...

In January (yes, I am that slow) the kids had 

pictures taken together...mainly for Audrey's

1st birthday and to have a few of them 

together. I think they turned out cute :)

We had about 200 to choose from...

it took me forever to narrow down to this!

Audrey was super tired and some of

them we made the best of the opportunity.

I love the picture of Caleb with the hat...

it's so silly and shows a lot of his personality :)

 

Big Boy Bike...

This evening, Caleb decided it was time. Grandma & Grandpa Havrilla had 

bought him a new big boy bike last November and he has refused to ride

it. He LOVES his tricycle and is very comfortable on it. When asked if he

wants to ride his big bike he says "I don't want to be on a big boy bike, 

I don't...I yike my yittle one". After dinner tonight he said he wanted to

ride his big bike - which he also refers to as his motorcycle :)

 Back to an old friend...after riding his big bike for a while he said he liked his small one 

better. I think he likes it better because it feels more stable...which is understandable :)

He just needs a "yittle" more time...

Audrey...

Audrey is now 19 months :) She just had another check up

and is growing and developing so well! She's 18 lbs and 

27 inches (super tiny for her age). I picked this picture

because it is so Audrey...super happy and smiley, such

a girl always wanting to wear a dress or tutu and 

a mouth full of food (cashews in this picture)!

We had a picnic Friday evening 

at the beach and stayed for a 

little while afterward to play...

We were not planning on the kids getting wet...

which was silly - since we were at the beach :)

 Being a big boy helper and assisting daddy in fixing 

some of the thunderstorm damage...we had a small

 tree snap off and blow away. Justin dug out the roots.

bunny hiding behind our trash cans outside...

  he was so scared and sweet :)
